We first use up Drunken Chicken at a Cajun inspired restaurant called J. Gumbo ’s . It was love at first bite ! However , the job is that we are 40 minutes out from the nearest placement . Drunken Chicken Recipe
2 ½ pounds boneless , skinless chicken thighs / breasts1/4 cup olive oil1/2 cup flour1/4 cup chicken broth2 15 - oz bathroom of diced tomatoes1 12 - oz bottle of beer2 Tbsp garlic powder1 Tbsp thyme1 tsp black pepper1 tsp white pepper1 - 2 tsp cayenne Piper nigrum ( depending on want heat level)1 tsp oregano1 tsp paprika1 Tbsp salt1 Tbsp molasses4 bay leave alone
Pressure Cooker ( Instant Pot ) instruction manual :

1 . On saute place setting , sum oil until warm .
2 . sum flour and shake up continuously to make a roux . Continue to stir until flour commence to thicken and becomes the color of earthnut butter .
3 . append dry flavorer while stirring constantly .
4 . add together in one 15 oz can of diced tomatoes , molasses and embayment leave and stir .
