Thompson & Morgan announced the launch of its novel retail germ range for 2019/20 which will be usable in garden centres from early July 2019 .

The ship’s company is launch over 50 new seed varieties for the 2d year in a rowing . Amongst the flowers to be added to the chain are the Cosmos ‘ Apricot Lemonade ’ and Nasturtium ‘ Baby Deep Rose ’ ; whilst the vegetable selection includes Dwarf Bean Caledonia , Spring Onion Totem and Watermelon Mini Love F1 .

At their annual retail sales conference , it was decided to advance new seed varieties - Zinnia ‘ Queeny Mixed ’ as the 2019/20 Flower of the Year - and flavoursome , heart - shaped tomato , Gourmandia F1 as Vegetable of the Year .

Alongside the continued focus on innovation , another key objective for the coming season is to maintain even closer partnership with client , offer bespoke and tailor solutions ; from impost POS , to tailored ranges , to single garden centre selling and promotional material .

Thompson & Morgan is also launching a turn of young seed solicitation , admit ‘ Autumn Collections ’ which aims to advance sale during the autumn calendar month , as well as new ‘ hotspot ’ stand featuring ‘ parcel to Plate ’ and ‘ Bred by T&M ’ seed varieties .

A number of new complemental product will unravel alongside the seed chain , including incredicoir – the latest product in T&M ’s incredi range – a coir block which makes up to the eq of a 10 litre bag of peat - free compost once water is contribute .
